Cargo originated / received / accepted from, or transiting through High Risk countries as mentioned above and has not been screened with two of the screening methods at origin, then Hub operations must screen the cargo by using two of the screening methods. CSD from origin must be fully reviewed to ensure compliance and recovery action.
